Regarding the Terrorist Attacks in USA

For a very serious reason I feel obligated to comment on the tragic human situation that has been caused by horrible, violent and cruel terrorist attacks aimed at innocent people in the United States on September 11th 2001. The disregard to life and viciousness displayed in these inhuman attacks on people and buildings is such that ordinary people are at a loss for words and completely grieve struck. These atrocities are so ridiculous in their pointlessness and forcefulness that one cannot think of them without being overwhelmed by fear and insecurity and a sincere doubt of how any human will and thought can be behind such a chain of events.

I totally oppose the claim that such acts are done by divine impulses. They have no relation with God or his plan for people. This behaviour demonstrates an utter distortion of the mind and is therefore totally deranged in both its nature and actions. What can possibly bring any living creature to do such a thing to others? Enough is enough already! Those of us who condemn these atrocious acts are thereby also declaring our resentment and contempt towards those criminal cowards who take the liberty of murdering their fellow humans in a situation that allows no escape, under the pretences of some sort of purpose and justice.

It does not please God to kill other people and undermine the security of nations by irreversible attacks made in the cover of slyness and deceit. Human kind will never be the same after this vicious procedure. The whole world needs to join it’s efforts to put an end to terrorism and build walls of unity that will not be easy to break if their foundations are made out of love for the human race as a whole and for this earth.

This terrorist attack on the American nation and it’s individuals is also an attack on human dignity everywhere in the world. Americans should not be forced to deal with the consequences alone. The atrocities are not the private affair of those who execute them or those who will suffer because of them forever. They are also the affair of us who were nowhere near the scene.

No matter what our nationality or religion, we should under all circumstances strongly object to such grotesque misjudgements of what is fair and just. Especially because of the unmoral and uncivilized concepts that lie behind such acts of violence and hide behind shields of an outrageous, home-made philosophy. The authors of these acts of cruelty do not only cause the victims of their decisions immense misery but they also evoke in us who witness such disasters, great feelings of insecurity and powerlessness.

We have to ask the good Lord to watch over the victims and their families that are now suffering the consequences of these merciless actions. We should also pray that He will give the nations of the world a clear view and the spiritual maturity that can lead human kind to just and acceptable solutions regarding the punishment of these immoral and evil individuals that are responsible for these godless and contemptuous acts.

The courts must have a chance to hold these people responsible and judge them according to the nature of their crimes. The rest of us should keep out of such matters. Even though the terrorists turn out to be Muslims there is nothing that justifies assaults on Islamic religious-and cultural societies were innocent people are made to suffer. Behind every criminal there are innocent relatives, children, adults and many who confess the same religion. These people who are connected in one way or the other to this delicate matters should not be made to suffer the consequences of the terrorism. Their pain and sorrow is enough as it is. We all know that we cannot condemn the whole nation of Germany just because Hitler was a German. We also know that we cannot condemn all Christians just because of the cruelties Hitler, a Christian, was responsible for. The same rule naturally applies in this devastating and fragile situation.

We must pray for those who are dead or injured as a result of the contempt and cruelty the United States has faced. The whole world must pray for those who survived as well. Hopefully good God will guide the American nation and all other nations that have now lost their loved-ones on the road to charity, faith, hope and justice. So as not to break down and be overcome by these acts of cruelty, we must, despite of our grieve and suffering, be careful not to loose our belief in responsible and kind people that are full of love and compassion to each other in a dubious world. Specially at these present times.

We believe that justice will sooner than later be served. Despite of that belief we all know that something changed permanently inside of everyone that day, both in the hearts of those who were directly involved and in the hearts of us who followed the events through the media. This chance will hopefully lead us to choose to cherish the value of kindness and concern for our fellow humans. Life is the most precious asset each person has. Nobody should be able to take the authority to grab that away from us, no matter how strong the conviction. The world needs good people who see a purpose in cherishing and nourishing the values of kindness in any forms, to the welfare and happiness of others.

We must look at terrorism as a plague that can lead to total annihilation if nothing is done to prevent them. People have discovered ways of controlling all sorts of pests and plagues that could have led to catastrophic destruction had nothing been done. The terrorist plague is more devastating and irrational then anything we’ve seen before. Especially because it’s organized by murderers that completely lack all notions of love, moral and humanity. The terrorist plague can pop up anywhere in the world and even without any warning. What kind of methods are needed to prevent such a plague is a matter of debate, but through the help of God and good people there must be a way.

We know that evil is a fast working force of destruction that moves with much greater speed than it’s opposite, goodness. That’s why it often seems stronger at first. But when all is said and done, the facts tell us that love will always conquer evil despite it’s sometimes painfully slow process. Love is certainly superior to all other force and therefore it’s a suitable weapon in the struggle against evil, no matter what the circumstances might be. Love must start in the hearts and minds of people and from there it will spread its seed. It is said that where there is love, there is a good place to be and peace will prevail amongst people. So that it’s power will have the greatest influence possible, all just individuals and influential people must make it a mission to enhance the public’s faith in the importance of kindness and goodness in human relations, instead of cruelty and destruction.

I express my deepest condolences to all the friends and family members of the victims of these attacks and I ask the Lord to protect them and encourage them to continue their lives despite their deep worries and grieve. The loss and hopelessness of those who live is great and understandable. The grief is painful and the memories of the atrocities are anger inspiring and that’s why it is of the utmost importance that those responsible are made accountable for their actions now.

No religious society would want to support such acts. No nation would want to breed such evil. No family would want to take responsibility for such violence. It’s totally ridiculous to pin the fault on whole religious groups or certain families. Those who did this have automatically cast themselves out of the society of civilized people and they have to take the consequences for their inhuman crimes. May God show us a way to victory over the evil that for a moment made the world stand still.
